Good B2B Digital and Social Media Marketing pros wanted. Ready to be great?

We’re a small(ish) agency. We’ve been around the block for 15 years. And we’ve on our way to becoming one of the best B2B marketing and communications agency for Asia. So we’re looking for a senior client services professional who wants to make a difference to our clients, our team, and our business.

If you want to entrench your reputation as a Client Services Manager who knows your B2B Digital and Social Media Marketing, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll be building and nurturing relationships with great B2B client brands and great colleagues. You’ll lead a team of client services, content and creative professionals to deliver complex projects that span across digital and social marketing. You’ll become an authority on the B2B industries and companies we support (which include Microsoft, HP, Riverbed Technology and Pure Storage), and you’ll be using your skills in content marketing, digital and social media analytics to plan, run and measure the work we do. In short, we want someone who wants to do great work, and willing to make a difference to clients and colleagues.

What you will be doing every day:

Relationship Management

  • Develop, maintain, and extend relationships with key clients
  • Understand each client’s business/brand needs to help them achieve their marketing objectives
  • Lead the development of strategic/creative proposals to sell these ideas to the client
  • Manage client expectations and deliver on promises

Project Management

  • Work with client to develop a comprehensive project brief
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns with the help of the account team
  • Manage and consistently deliver quality projects to brief and on time
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff on project execution
  • Act as the brand guardian for client in discussions with content/creative/production teams and 3rd party suppliers
  • Use the latest tools in digital and social media marketing to plan, manage and measure campaigns

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Strong client and project management skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve issues
  • Ability to identify opportunities
  • Ability to provide project leadership
  • Goal-oriented, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Meticulous and detail oriented, yet able to work fast
  • Able to provide strategic inputs on client’s portfolio of projects

You should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
